The ICL821 LINK LOCK is suitable for cabinet structures with IP54 and above protection grades. When used in conjunction with EPDM foam sealing strips, waterproof and breathable valves and other sealing components, it can effectively ensure the safe operating environment of electrical equipment inside the cabinet. It is widely applied in fields such as power, communication, new energy, data centers and industrial automation.

1. Product Features

1.1 Multi-point linkage ensures uniform locking

The lock body is synchronously driven by the upper and lower metal connecting rods to achieve simultaneous locking of two or more points of the cabinet door, eliminating the problems of uneven force on the door panel and inconsistent compression of the sealing strip caused by single-point locking, making the sealing effect more stable and reliable.

1.2 High-strength material, sturdy and durable

The main body of the lock is made of high-quality zinc alloy through die-casting, with a surface treated by chrome plating or plastic spraying, which is corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant. The connecting rod is made of cold-rolled steel or stainless steel, featuring high strength and good rigidity, meeting the requirements for long-term and frequent opening and closing.

1.3 Compact structure and easy installation

The product adopts a standardized opening size design, which is compatible with conventional cabinet door panels. Installation can be completed simply by drilling holes and fixing with screws. The length of the connecting rod can be flexibly cut according to the height of the cabinet to adapt to different specifications of cabinet types.

1.4 Smooth operation and reliable protection

The built-in transmission structure has been optimized in design, ensuring smooth rotation and accurate positioning. The lock core can be optionally equipped with multiple operation methods such as a triangular key, handle or knob, balancing safety and convenience to meet the usage requirements of different scenarios.
